Cancellations
Please note that if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, otherwise the full cost of the session will be charged.
Late Arrivals
Please try to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. A late arrival will result in a shortened class / treatment time, as we have other appointments that follow yours and it would be unfair to cut into our next client’s allotted time.
