Cancellations
Please note that if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required, otherwise the full cost of the session must be paid before any further appointments can be arranged.
Late Arrivals
Please try to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. A late arrival will result in a shortened class/treatment time, as there are other appointments that follow yours and it would be unfair to cut into the next client’s allotted time.
